Attorney Shirin Navabi is dedicated to the field of immigration law, with her personal journey as an immigrant serving as a powerful driving force behind her commitment. She merges her substantial legal expertise with personal experiences to offer compassionate and effective legal representation. Before being admitted to the California Bar, Shirin gained over a decade of experience as a practice manager and senior business immigration paralegal.
In addition to her legal career, Shirin was a professional chess player. She holds the title of
Woman FIDE Master and has one Grand Master norm awarded by the World Chess Federation
and has represented her country in six World Chess Olympiads. Being a professional chess
player gave her the opportunity to travel around the world and become familiar with different
cultures, further enhancing her ability to connect with clients from diverse backgrounds and
understand their unique immigration needs.
