Allisson is a Legal Assistant in the family-based area. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Allisson
is from Peru and is focused on providing clear, informed support in her current role. She holds a
law degree from the University of Piura (UDEP) and has gained valuable experience working at
the District Attorney's Office of Piura, where she assisted in complex cases involving domestic
violence. Her role involved organizing case files, supporting the prosecutor in testimony
gathering, and drafting legal documents. This experience sharpened her attention to detail and
empathy, essential skills for navigating sensitive legal situations. Allisson also worked as a
telephone interpreter, assisting immigrants in the United States in legal, medical, and public
service settings, helping to bridge communication gaps.
In her free time, Allisson enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending quality time with her
family. Throughout her academic and professional journey, she has actively participated in
various volunteer initiatives, including projects aimed at the economic development of traditional
straw weavers and co-leading an economic recovery project with the UNDP after the 2017
floods in Piura.
As part of her commitment to professional growth, Allisson is currently taking Portuguese
lessons to complement her existing language skills and better serve client needs.
