Débora Schlicht has a degree in Pedagogy and Geography from the Metropolitan University of Santos, and a postgraduate degree in Educational Law and School Supervision. After graduating, through a public examination, she joined the Municipality of São Vicente/SP/Brazil as a teacher in 2012, where she rose to the positions of Assistant Director and Principal.

Married and the mother of two children, she migrated to California in November 2024 and joined our team as an Administrative Assistant.  

She enjoys traveling and spending her free time with family and friends, never missing an opportunity for a trip to the beach or a barbecue!
