Mario is an experienced bilingual professional with a strong background in legal assistance, customer service, and education. Since 2020, he has supported law firms by managing case files, coordinating schedules, and drafting legal documents - including notices and motions - while providing attentive client communication. Mario holds a Bachelor’s Associate in Teaching English as a Second Language from Universidad Pedagógica Francisco Morazán (UPNFM). Originally from Central America, he understands the complexities immigrants face and takes pride in knowing his work helps transform lives when petitions are approved. His commitment to compassionate service and attention to detail make him a valuable asset to our team.
